Founded in 1950 and originally operating under the Auto-Graphics brand, Agent Information Software, Inc. (AIS) develops innovative products that are standards-compliant, built on an open systems architecture and available through the Software as a Service (SaaS) hosted delivery model.

Agent Information Software, Inc. (AIS) became a publicly traded company in 2010 and involved a one-for-one exchange of shares from previously traded brand Auto-Graphics, Inc. (AUGR since 1969). In May of 2004 as Auto-Graphics, Inc., the Company filed a Form 15 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) to terminate the registration of its common stock under Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and suspend its reporting obligations under Sections 13 and 15(d) of the Act. The termination became final in August 2004. Stock market quotations for Agent Information Software common stock can be found on Yahoo Finance under the ticker symbol AIFS.
Agent Information Software, Inc. acts as the parent company for each entity that may be formed to address particular industries and markets. Auto-Graphics, Inc. is a subsidiary of Agent Information Software, Inc. and will continue serving the Library market. As part of this reorganization, shares of Auto-Graphics, Inc. were be exchanged one-for-one for shares of Agent Information Software, Inc. (AIFS).
